Likewise, if Remuqavi needs to cancel a confirmed session, reasonable efforts will be made to offer a rescheduled time or explain the available alternatives. No one should rely on a session taking place until its time and format have been confirmed directly.

There is no one-size-fits-all refund promise on this website because the site does not itself sell a standardized item or collect payment. If a paid arrangement is cancelled, interrupted or materially cannot proceed, any refund, credit or alternative will be considered according to the written terms for that arrangement, the notice provided, work already completed, payment method and applicable law.
